Greetings

We are delighted to welcome you to the 17th Annual College of Idaho Student Research Conference. At this year's conference students from a range of disciplines share their scholarly and creative accomplishments. As always, we are excited about the opportunity to share a variety of excellent student research posters, talks, and creative performances. This year we will continue the recently added roundtable discussions.

We want to facilitate a space for curious scholars and artists to both tell their stories of inquiry and creation and engage in an interdisciplinary community dialogue. We hope you attend the live, online SRC event on Teams April 30th from 11:15 - 4:15 to join in the conversation.

This year, the Student Research Conference program includes 47 different posters, performances, talks, and roundtables. In total, the conference will feature 79 different student presenters, with submissions from Psychology, Political Economy, History, Business and Accounting, English and Creative Writing, Mathematics and Physical Sciences, World Languages, Art, Music, Environmental Studies, Biology, Anthropology and Sociology, and High Impact Practices.

The Student Research Conference is possible because of the support of the administration, staff, faculty, and the SRC planning committee. The past few years, the College's Information Technology Department played an essential role in supporting the conference. We particularly want to thank John Britschgi for creating the website. However, none of this would be possible without the dedication and passion of the presenting students. We find their creativity, curiosity, and perseverance inspiring and think you will as well. Many of these presentations are the culmination of a year or more of work. We are pleased to highlight the vast range of student research and creativity happening at the College of Idaho.
