Chemistry Major
Consists of 34 credits, comprising the following required courses and one other upper-division credit.

NOTE: Students intending to major in chemistry should take one year of calculus, culminating in MAT-152, in their freshman year. Laptop usage is a significant component of the chemistry curriculum. Students are strongly encouraged to have a laptop available for coursework.
Students preparing for graduate work in chemistry are strongly advised to complete courses in addition to those required for the major (e.g., CHE-412, CHE-420, MAT-112).

Consists of 18 credits including:
